My Availability

The Account Setup Guide previously covered how to change your password and set up your availability. This article will revisit setting up your availability and how to edit it afterwards.

Set up your availability

This is the most important to setup. This will allow your business owner to see your name on the list of available cleaners on a specific date. This will let them assign you to a job that matches your schedule.

Steps:

  1. Tap the Profile icon found at the navigation bar.
  2. Tap on My Availability.
  3. Tap on the Set My Availability button.
  4. Select dates on the calendar and tap the Set Time button.
  5. Enter your available time for the dates you selected. You may enter multiple time availability.
  6. Tap the Save button to save your availability.

Update your availability

Steps:

  1. Tap the Profile icon found at the navigation bar.
  2. Tap on My Availability.
  3. Select any date/s on your Availability Calendar.
  4. Tap on Update Availability button.
  5. Enter your available time for the dates you selected. You may enter multiple time availability.
  6. Tap the Save button to save your new availability.

Note: Changing your schedule while you have a pending assigned job, may cause schedule conflicts. Make sure to communicate with your supervisor.
