Updating staff schedules

Are you tired of dealing with unexpected staff unavailability or scheduling conflicts? Don’t worry, Skrub Hub has got your back! With Skrub Hub, you have the flexibility to easily edit your schedules and make sure your team is always on track.

Where do I set up schedules and assign cleaners?

Schedules are set during query creation. When you select a date, Skrub Hub will show all your available cleaners for that day. Note: Make sure to assign at least one cleaner driver (cleaners with the car icon) to help transport everyone and the equipment to the cleaning location.

How do I update a schedule and its assigned cleaners?

  1. Go to Jobs.
  2. Open the Inspection Card or Job order Card that you need to update.
  3. Click the ellipsis/more options icon and select Update.
  4. Assign and unassign cleaners on the right side of the calendar.
  5. Click Submit to save your changes.
