The Tracker on the Dashboard is a tool that will assist you in monitoring your on-duty cleaners. You can keep track of everyone at once or individually.
- The system starts tracking your cleaners when they check in.
- The system stops tracking once the job is completed.
Steps on how to view the Tracker:
- From Dashboard, click Tracker on the side-bar menu.
If you want to track cleaners individually, click on the pin icon next to their name.
You will know that it is already tracking when the map focuses on the cleaner and it shows “Stop Tracking”. The app also lets you know the last activity of the cleaner (under the cleaner name).
To view more information about your cleaners, go to Human Resources and choose Cleaners. Or if you are already in the Tracker, click the “Open Cleaners” button at the lower-right corner of the page.
