Calendar features

With our Dashboard Calendar, you will see all your jobs and tasks organized and plotted on a calendar. Whether you have scheduled jobs for this month or the next, you can see them all on one page. No more navigating through multiple pages. In this article we will look into all the features under the Dashboard Calendar.

Aside from Skrub Hub’s unique calendar features, the Skrub Hub Calendar has basic functions such as highlighting the current day, displaying past and future months, and a Today button to navigate to the current day. Below are the Skrub Hub calendar features:

Job Details Quick View

In the calendar, you will see colored tiles with numbers. The number seen in each colored box is the number of jobs for each. See the legend found below the calendar to know what each color represent.

To view job or task details, simply click on a day in the calendar. On the side pane you will see a timeline of your jobs for that date. The quick view of the job details include:

  • Time
  • Service Name
  • Job Order Number
  • Duration
  • Client Name
  • Assigned Cleaner/s
  • Address and,
  • Frequency of the job (can be once-off or recurring)
  • Status of the Job (Found at the top of the icons)

You will see two icons beside the details – the ‘map’ icon and the ‘track cleaner’ icon. Clicking on the map icon will open the client’s location in Google Maps. On the other hand, clicking on the track cleaner icon will open the cleaner tracker with the focus on the cleaner.

Click the View Details button to view the complete job details.

Legend

A calendar is very helpful in plotting all your schedules per day but in the long run it can get overwhelming especially when you have 5 or more jobs scheduled for each day. To solve this problem, we made the legend under the calendar functional. The legend when clicked, filters what is displayed on the calendar. Example, when you click the Recurring legend, it will now only show the Recurring Job Orders. You make select 1 or more legend at a time.
