Skrub Hub – for Business Owners

If you are a business owner that is new to Skrub Hub, you might wonder how you’d be able to integrate Skrub Hub to your current workflow. Here is an illustration that will help you understand how Skrub Hub helps business owners handle jobs and standardize their workflow.

You’ll start with (1) creating a query to capture information provided by your client during the call.

If the client asks for an inspection, (1.2) schedule an inspection. Some jobs require an inspection for a more accurate quote. You may only generate a quote from this query if the inspection is completed.

If the client did not ask for an inspection, you may directly (2) generate a quote after you created the query.

Send the quote to your client and wait for their approval. Once approved, (3) generate the Job Order card. The job order card contains all the information needed by the cleaner when cleaning.

When the cleaning job is completed, (4) Generate the invoice, send it to the client, and wait for their payment.
